Hello
I'm writing this on behalf of my neighbors. My neighbors are planning to goto the USA and they have scheduled their interview on 5th June. Their Son-In-Law is the sponsor of the trip and he'd sent all the documents which I've checked. Now, their S-I-L is changing his job and 5th June 2007 is his last day in the current office and he's already submitted his resignation to the company. Now what should my neighbors say in the interview? Do they need to change all the company details in the form or should they keep it like it is right now? Their SIL is working on H1B there.
Some extra information: My neighbors have traveled to USA in 1979 for a month and then they got the Green Card in 1994 and they stayed in USA for less than six month and surrendered their Green Card and returned back to India unlike many other gujratis. Will it work in their favor? They'd got two daughters and both are married (One in USA and one in Delhi) but they don't have son. The man of the family has retired himself from his business as he wants to live a comfortable life and he's got properties worth crores here in India. What do you see the chances of them getting the Visa?
It'd really be great to get clear answers for both the queries.
