Need some advice on this,
i am planning to bring my wife's uncle and aunty on visit to U.S, need to know what are the chances for their visit visa to get approved, and what do i need to do just to make sure that the visa is granted.

Tell me what are the chances of me winning the lottery and I will tell you their chances of getting a visa. There is NO WAY to 'make sure' they will get one.
