    Invitation Letter & Letter to consulate

    Hi,

    My parents visa appointment is due in sometime. My husband has prepared I-134 form for them and sponsoring for their trip. I am NOT working and presently on H4 visa. I have a question regarding invitation letter to my parents and letter to the consulate.
    Do I need to sign invitation letter to my parents or my husband needs to sign it? Then, what about letter to the consulate - who has to sign that?
    Your help is highly appreciated.

    Did you get an answer for this? What did u do finally? I'm also sponsoring my in-laws and want to know if my wife has to sign the invitation letter.

      It does not matter who signs the letter, so don't worry about this just make sure all the other documentation is proper.
