My sister's F visa was rejected by local US immigration office - will this record shown in POE when she enters through B (which was not revoked).
If this will show, will this negatively impact her entry to the US and I-94 period?

most of POE officiers won't ask a lot of questions. I really wonder how much this will negatively impact the entry?
They are planning to bring bank statements, employment letter, house Title, car Titles etc. I will also write a letter to the POE officier since my sister speaks little English (won't volunteer to show the letter unless the officier ask more than what she will be able to handle)
To make it more complicated, my sister will enter with my brother-in-law and my 8 year old niece.
What's the chance they will be rejected to enter?
