Visa for Parents ( H1 expiring)

I am working in US from last one year on H1B Visa. Currently i am in India since last 1 Month and want to apply for my parents visa, so that i can bring them with me for one month.

My H1 is getting expired in September 2007 , My employer told me that he will start renewal process as soon as i will reach US, as he need a valid I-94 for filling my H1 renewal.

Will my H1 expiry cause any problems for my parents visa.

For how long they will get Visa, As my H1 is expiring in Sep. 2007.

Please help me out with the confusion that i do have, that will my parents get Visa for till September 2007 only, as my visa is getting expired in September 2007.

B1/2 is not a dependent visa so it does not matter when your H1 is expiring. What matters is what the VO believes about your parents ties to their country.
