My parents have visa in June 3rd week. My mother holds as GPA( Power of Attorney) for the sites which is under my husband and my name(joint), can this be considered as property owned by my mother and hence include in property affidavit?
Since my parents are attending the interview together is only one affidavit of assurance for return sufficient for both of them? I understand we need to get the affidavit done on stamp paper and notarize it , is that correct?
Should my parents along with affidavit of assurance of return also provide a letter to consulate from them stating reasons to come back to India.
For question 3 in DS157 can my mother write her name in native language( kannada) after taking the print out?
