  • Sponsoring parents in law

    Hi,

I am sponsoring my Parents In law (PIL). My Father in law is retired. And my Mother in law is still working.

Please let me know whether the request letter which my parent in laws should write to consulate explaining that they will come back to India, should be separte or combined.

Can my invitation letter to my PILs be combined?

Can my request letter to consulate to invite my PILS be combined?

Can the affidavit of my PILs be combined?

Thank you for your valuable information.

    Sepearte Affidavit

U can have covering leter, Invitation or even Affidavit same for both... But it is better to have affidavit and its supporting docs(Bank statment, pay stub) as seperate, one for ur mother in law and other for father in law.

Cover Letter and Invitation can be same, but nothing wrong if u go seperate.

I am not sure if request letter is required, tell ur mother in law to get Leave Letter, that is more than enough..
