In laws visa

I had used this forum a lot and found helpful in getting my parents visa.

Now my in laws appreaed for their visa appt earlier this month. My FIL aged 75 worked in ISRO and retired. They were asked to submit an additional information form and their application is on hold.

has anyone had similar experience before? Plz share your views.
