hi I got B1B2 visa to USA for 5 years in INDIA,so i came to usa 5 months back.At port of entry I got 6 months.As I have important works I applied for extension ,unfortunatly the extension is cancelled.So with this cancellation is my 5 years VISA is also cancelled too.I am in severe depression can anyone u plz help me out.reply soon.thanks. Yes, multiple entry visa is cancelled.

nope - 5 year visa is not affected, only the extension is denied

your five year visa is not affected, it's only the extension that's denied
it's never a good idea to apply for extension the first time of your visit
either way, just call up your consulate and re-check

Hi,
If you came back before your I-94 form expired, then its a good thing. Even if you did not, then too it should not be a problem because once stamped, your 5 year Multiple Entry Visa is still valid for 5 years!!

The only problem you might have to overcome is that on your next entry you will have to strongly prove why you want to visit, and convince the officer that you are going back within the period of time given to you at the POE (Port of Entry).
