1. when I filled I-134 and printed it on different browsers and computers, it still printing blank. Is it OK to fill it with pen in readable hand writing ?

2. My husband and I both work and both have green card.
I am self employed for last 8 months, before that I was studying. On the other hand my husband has stable job with multinational company where he gets W2 and Salary for last 8 years.

We are inviting my parents. Who should be the sponser my husband or me ?

Print / All Caps

It should print fine, maybe something's wrong with the adobe reader you have.

You can surely print / use all caps in neat hand.
