visitor visa online appointment

I have been checking for few days for B2 appt at Delhi and everytime online system pops up this window saying that no appointment is availalable at this time, check back later after 24 hours. Is that normal and is there any other way to get the appointment?

Dates r available for 2nd week of september.

login to www.vfs-usa.co.in and click the links for appointment purpose and fill in all the details asked appropriately. The website shows you the available dates for an appointment for interview. But prior to that you have to pay all the required fees. Dates are available currently. There are no quota restrictions for B-2 visa hence you will surely get the dates.

Hi,
I heard that even if the appt is taken in Hindi, you can stand in English line at consulate and appear for interview in English. Is it true statement?
