I got on tuesday morning at 8.10 EST and it was open only for 30 minutes. I think we need to keep checking every half hour so that we can get the dates whenever open for very short time period.

you can check every 10 min if you can...when i was trying to make a telugu appointment for my mother, i would go check every 10 min or half hour on some days. i noted that if i checked only once a day like the website suggests, weeks went by and never caught anything on the right time..but when i checked every half hour or less, i've had luck many times..my point is that just because they are not available at that hour, it does not mean that you have to wait 24 hours again..it worked for me lots of times when i checked several times a day, sometimes with in minutes..you really have to keep up with it..
