Pls somebody help me in making a affidavit of declaration of bank balance and property.can any body provide me a sample affidavit.If my mom and I am applying B2 visa together same time interview in that case affidavit of declaration should separate or common.

If you are self sponsoring yourself, there is no need for affidavit of declaration. You just need to take all original bank Passbooks and receipts and property documents with you to the Consulate.
