Visitor Visa- H1 Transfer Case

Hello Everyone,

I have one question with regard to the visitors visa
I came to US last year. Got my H1 transferred to a new company but I still have the visa mentioning my old employers name on my passport.
Now I am planning to bring my parents to US.
Do I need to go to either Canada or Mexico to get the new visa before
my parents go for the visa stamping in INDIA (to be more specific in CHENNAI)

Please advice.

Nope

Nope, you don't need to re-stamp your passport just to sponsor your parents.

Your passport stamping is required to enter the country from POE while the H1B approved petition is required to stay in the country on a legal status and work.
