Copies of all pages of passport for Extension Really Necessary?

In the page of what is needed for an extension it says you need copies of all of the pages of your passport. Do you really need to photocopy all 33 pages of the passport even though most of them are blank? Or are just the page of your information, plus the VISA Stamped page enough?

If you only send one or two pages, how will they know rest of the pages are really blank and nothing negative is marked on them?

That is why you need to send all the pages.
