  • HELP!!!!!!!!! with B-2 visa to america

Hello all i am new to this forum and am need of some help and informantion. I am trying to get my sister-inlaw a b-2 visa to come to america for 6 months. me and my wife are expecting our 2nd baby in about a month. My sister-inlaw just got rejected under the artical 214, I think not showing enough information about her strong ties to (her country is Kazakhstan.) Kazakhstan. She is a divorced mother of a 17 y/o daughter who will be staying in Kazakhstan and she lives with her mother and father. she has a job. and friends who live in Kazakhstan. What i need to know if there is anything else she needs b4 reapplying and any information she will need next time to better make clear she is not immigrating to america and just simply comeing to help me and my wife out with the new baby. If i have left anything out please ask for more info as i will be checking this site often. And also any advise on the visa companys do they help and is it a waste of money.. I don't want to give 4 or 5 hundred dollars for simple things i can do myself, but she has been denied once already and i think she is afraid to re-apply. The counsler was harping on her about her job so i think that maybe reason for rejection, and i guess every consular might have a bad day, and the 100 fee everytime adds up. Any help anyone can give i would greatly appreciate it.
    Thanks,

Coming to take care of the baby should never be mentioned. They do not give visas for baby sitting. Did she mention that last time?

Please ask her EXACTLY what were the questions asked and what she replied.
And what were the documents seen?
It is very important, so ask her to write down whatever she remembers.

Also, describe the nature of her job and the money she earns and did you send a form I-134?

yes, and thanks for your reply. I sent every document to her as per instructions on the web site such as the affidavit of support to my passport copies to my wifes and my financials job and savings and such. Everything went fine for when my mother in law came the first time in 2005 and helping with the baby was mentioned the first time. I dont know what else to do right now because my wife is histerical and i will have to find out more info later. I am looking more at exactly what the applicant will need to show in order to have enough compelling evidence of returning to her country.
      Thanks.
