Doing business

Dear sirs,
I am an indian and we i.e. with my wife i got 10 yrs multiple entry b1-b2 visa in dec-2006 to 2016'
Now my elder son is on F1 visa from july-2006 to 2011 and he is doing his masters in electrical engg.
in syracuse(NY) after doing his BE(IC) from Nirma ahmedabad... My younger son is on M1 visa from apr-2007 for one yr for commercial pilot training at Dallas in Delta.. Now i and my wife is now in usa for six months till dece-2007....Now i heard that if some citizen from USA will sponsur us we can stay here legally for more than six months and we can do the business or service here...is it true please guide me if yes than under what law so that we can contact any immigration lawyer for

There is no such rule. US citizen needs to be your close relative.

You need to wait for your son to get green card first, and then get
citizenship. And then he can sponsor you. Then, you can work or have
business.
