I have a question - I am currently studying in the UK and have a UK
Student Visa. I will be completing my Master's degree in June 2007.
After this, I have a confirmed job offer in London.
I want to visit USA on holiday. My queries are:
- Should I apply from India (where I will be for a month long holidays) or London?
- I have a Student Visa reject earlier(in 2003). Will this affect my B1 / B2 visa application?
- All my family members (parents and brother) have valid 10 year multiple entry visas. We are all planning to travel together. Will I need sponsor documents - as essentially my parents are paying for the trip.
Your guidance in this matter will be highly appreciated.
