Can I sponsor more than 1 person to visit the US? I have friends in Manila and Quezon City that I would like to bring over for a visit, preferably at the same time. If I can not bring them together, how much time must pass before I can bring the other?

You can not really "sponsor" them per se. They have to prove non-immigrant intent and strong ties to their home country in order to obtain the visa.

You, as the sponsor, all you can do is invite them and state that you will pay for their expenses, but it does not matter how much money you have or your job. The visa depends on your friends, not on you.
