Hello,
First of all i will like to thank you for all the good work you are doing voluntarily for community.I have a question regarding visitor visa for my parents if you can help.I am a US citizen as well my wifw and kids.My parents are in India with my 2 unmarried sisters.I want to invite my parents on my kids birthday which we are celebrating in May.Before this in 2003 my father was denied a visitor visa when i was a green card holder.VO denied visa saying that why your wife is not travelling with you.
This time i am hesitating coz of finacial reason.I work in Indian restaurant which my in-laws owns.my wife does not work at all as she take care of kids.my annual income is not much.But my in-laws has over 2 hundred thousands annual return and they are ready to give me a support letter.And my father owns property in India valuing around 40-50 lacs.
So should i send them invitation letter with support letter from my in laws or i should not?what are the chances and is their any suggestion you can give me.
