I was in h4 and my visa status is changed to h1 now. I am eligible to work from Oct 1,2007 . I applied for SSN last week.I am going to attend interviews shortly.i hope i might get the job by november. Meantime my parents are going for visa appointment on oct 15 and my husband is sponsoring for them.
I am not sure whether i get a job on that date.
What shall i mention in visa application form like working or home maker??
Is any problem come for them becoz of my visa change??? is it require to send my I-797 and verification letter with sponsor documents? i hope my pay stubs does't matter on the appointment date oct 15.
is there any legal issue in h4 to h1 transfer ?? is it a abuse??? will it affect my parents visa??
