change of company on H1b

I on H1B and recently changed company from X to Y. Company Y has applied for the H1B, but it is still under processing. I have the reciept number for the new company's application. I am planning to apply for my parents visitor visa soon. Is it possible to apply for the visitor visa with the reciept number and a letter from the employer, in case I do not recieve the H1B paper until then?

I have paystubs from the new company to support.

Even I am on the same problem. What Kind of letter I need to get from my employer.
Do I need to mention my New EAC number in the I139 or the Visa Control Number which I have it in my visa.
