if you tell visa consu;ar at embassy you plan to vist a certain and are given visa are you able to vist earlier and travel to the usa earlier or do you have to wait till that specfic date ?????????????? also if your asked about plan tickets is it good to say that you havent booked but have looked travel sights for airline prices for roundtrip ?????????????

Depends on your visa date.
If your visa is valid now, sure go ahead and travel earlier within the validity of the dates.
They usually don't ask for plane (airline) tickets as they know these can be booked only if the visa is granted.
However, if at all they're asked they will tell the truth that they will purchase the return tickets with travel dates within the limits of the visa.
