Brother-in-law visitor visa..

Hi

My in-laws have interview appointment in coming few weeks.

My wife's brother who is still studying his Bachelors's in engineering (B.E) also is interested to join them. I am interested to sponser him to visit us on tourist visa.

Is it better to have interview appointment together with his parent or have separate interviews ?

We felt that his visa has high chance of rejection because he is still studying, and that may impact his parent's(my in-law's) visa.

Any pointers or suggestion greatly appreciated..
