Student on a B-2 visa

Hi, I am a student doing my third year in Engineering.. I wish to go to the US during the summer of 2008 to meet my cousins and roam around the US.. What are the chances of my getting the visa?? Could he deny my application because I am a student??

Can I produce a bonafide certificate from my college saying that I am studying in that institute and I will definitely be coming back to finish my final year of studies??

Being a student is one tie to your home country. You need more to prove that you will not immigrate, but only visit the US for a short period of time.
