Help Do You Need To Repay Application Fee If Refused?????

pleae HELP do you have to repay the 100 usd visa application fee again if you are refused visa ????????????? and if so is it ok to pay it after making another appointment online ???????????????

You have to pay for all fees again. You are applying as a new application.
