Nephew's Wife Visa

Hi,

I had one question.....any idea if we can apply for my husband's nephew's wife's (phew!) visitor's visa? Her husband cannot do so so we want to know if we can.

What do you mean her husband can not? does the yours husband's nephew's wife's husband have a visa?

She must apply for the visa herself... you can sponsor her visit, but I am curious to what do you mean by her husband not being able to apply for it?

Anyone can sponsor for tourist visa anyone, friend or relatives- close or distant.

But your H's n's w (how is it...?) is going for a visa interview alone, you can expect lot many questions regarding why a married woman is going alone to a visit a family in US, who are actually a closer relative of her husband.

By your statement about the nephew, i feel he is on illegal status.

If that is the case, I hope no one helps him and also those who try to help him.
