  • Dad speaks English - Mom just Tamil

    Hi,

I am planning to book for a Visa appointment in Chennai in Nov 1st week. My dad is well verse in English while my mom can speak only in Tamil but has very basic English knowledge. I have to book an appointment together but not sure whether to book a Tamil one or an English one.

If I book an English appointment for both of them together, will it be possible for them to ask for an interpreter for the questions directed to my mom or can my dad take that role ??

    Please advise.

    Thanks,
    Raj

It will be easier to book one in English and your dad can act as an interpreter for your mom.

How do I add a second applicant for a single appointment ??

Now that it is clear that I need to book a single appointment, I don't find any documentation on the procedure to add the second applicant for the same appointment. Please clarify on the steps needed to add a second applicant.
