Regarding NOC for my mother

My parents has thier interview in chennai consulate on OCT 22nd.My father is retired.My mother is still working as HM in a govt school.She applied for her NOC long back.But she not yet received NOC.

But they have all other necessary documents.And she has permission letter from DO for getting Passport.Is this enough?Or i need to reschedule the appointment?

Will consular definitely ask her NOC?

NOC not mandatory [compulsory]

NOC is not mandatory for the US officials.

You can do without it.
