Question in form I-134
Hello,
I am filling out the form I-134 to sponsor my father for a visitor visa. I am stuck at questions 9 and 10. I have sponsored my mother's visitor visa about 7 yrs ago. She got her visa approved and she has traveled to the States several times. For question 9, I don't remember the exact date when I submitted her affidavit. I can get the Visa issuance date from her Passport. What should I do?? Also, for question 10, since I sponsored my mother 7 yrs ago, does it mean that I submitted a Visa petition for her? As far as I remember, I just sent the supporting documentation and she filled in the forms in India. Unfortunately I don't have any of the original forms that I sent her and she doesn't have them either.
Any help is greatly appreciated in answering these questions.
