Clarification regarding B1/B2 visa

Hi ,

Im a software professional and I have an US multiple entry B1/B2 visa valid for 10 years.
Last november 2006 I travelled to US for 2 weeks on a business trip with all my invitation letter from the client and all the needed papers.

Now my doubt is can i travel to US to visit my friend who is on a student visa and stay there for 12 days.
My question is that can i use my visa solely for visiting purpose since it has both B1/B2 in the visa type.

Pls help me with ur answers.

Yes. You can.

You can use it for tourism or business. Make sure you have an invitation letter from him.
