Question in form I-134

Hi,

I am currently sending the support documentation for my father's visitor visa. In the past I have sent the support documentation for my mother who got her visa, about 7 yrs ago.

Now I am stuck at question 10. The question asks if I have submitted a visa petition to USCIS on behalf of anybody. Does submitting the sponsorship docs amount to submitting a visa petition? I am confused. Also, I don't have any paper work that my mother filed when she went for the visa interview 7 yrs ago. How should I answer this question? Any help is very much appreciated.

The answer would be yes. Even if you filed an I-134 for her too or not, your most truthful answer should always be there.

Thank you very much for your answer. I was not trying to hide any information. I just did not know what to answer. However, as I mentioned in my initial post, I don't remember the exact date that I signed the sponsorship docs as I don't have access to the docs that were submitted. They were misplaced. What should I do now? Thanks for any advice.
