Is there a quicker way to send visitor's visa paperwork to India? Will fax copies or scanned copies work at the US consulate in Chennai, India?

Scan your documents and e-mail them to be printed at remote location.

Try to get the important ones notarized (attested for India).

You still need the 134 signed and notarized original to be submitted.
