when can i come back?

I am going home on january 6 after being 3 months in usa. This was my first visit to usa. When can i come again for three months? I am on the visa waiver program.Could there be any problems if i would come back in lets say one or two months? What do you think how long should i wait? I am staying here with my boyfriend.

The advice is to spend more time in your country than in the USA.

I would say try coming back in April or May, leave out 3-4 months between each visit. The point is that you must show ties to your home country and that you do not intend to overstay.
