I-134 Dependents

I have a question regarding I-134. I am applying visa for my parents, am on H1 and my wife is also on h1 and is working, do I need to add her name in dependents or partially dependent while filling the I-134 form.
What is the definition for dependent .. I guess its financially dependent on you but if she is also earning should I show her as dependent ?

Anyone in your household, whether working or not, is your dependant if you are the main source of income.

if you are not providing more than 50% of her expenses then she is not your dependent
