Complicated case
Hello,
This is a little complex situation my friend is in.
His father was born in Goa,India.He later moved to Portugal. He has Portuguese Nationality .But for the last 20 years he has been living in Goa,India.He has Indian Electoral card,Ration card, his house registered in Goa.
My friend is in USA and he would like to call his father over on visitor's visa for vacation to USA.Would his father face a problem in the immigration during leaving Indian exit or while re-entering India ? Meaning would he have any legal problem while coming to USA or going back to India.
Need all the experts help as he is confused ,
