My mothers Interview(B2-Visitors Visa) is scheduled on 26th Dec '07. Im planing for my H1 tranfer and i feel that my H1 tranfer will come before the date of her appointment. What kind of complications(With regards to Pay stubs,my passport copy which has H1 of my current employer, Etc.) can this create for her interview
