My wife and I would like to purchase a property in the Phoenix area with the intent of spending our cold Canadian winters there.
We would like to buy a condo and rent it out for the next 2 to 4 years, after that we intent to begin an annual migration south when the cold hits.
We are dealing with a representative from the Wells Fargo bank and she said that we would require a visitors visa to complete the purchase.
I would assume from reading your web site this would be the B2 non-immigrant visitors visa. Does this apply to our circumstance of not intending to spend substantial time in the US initially?
Any guidance that you may offer would be greatly appreciated.
