Hi,
I am working on H1B and recently i got extended my visa but yet to get stampped. I applied for 485. My wife also has also H1 visa but yet get stampped. Both our I-94s have been expired. I added my wife as dependent in my 485.
Now we want to sponsor her parents or my parents as my wife is pregnent. could you please suggest me the ways to bring either of them.
whether she needs to sponser her parents or i need to sponser her parents? what are the docs do we need send.
