I am applying for parents-in-law. I saw that i have to send copies of all pages of my wife's passport. I have a green card. Do I need to send copies of my passport or if gc copy alone is sufficient? How about my wife's I94?

Your wife does not have a GC too?

You should send copies of passports and GCs, I-94s are of no use for permanent residents.

My wife does not have GC. she is on h1. So I need to send copies of both of our passports and my wife's I94?

Thanks Praetorian. Btw, my wife has not added my name to her passport (spouse name). Is this a problem?

No. But you can submit a copy of marriage certificate.

Thanks. When I was checking IMMIHELP for sponsor's documents, there was an instruction asking me to send 'invitation letter' to my inlaws. Is this document a must?

Not mandatory [compulsory], but quite helpful

                Good luck

I don't see any harm or a lot of difficulty in sending it.
