I am applying for parents-in-law. I saw that i have to send copies of all pages of my wife's passport. I have a green card. Do I need to send copies of my passport or if gc copy alone is sufficient? How about my wife's I94?

Your wife does not have a GC too?
You should send copies of passports and GCs, I-94s are of no use for permanent residents.Disclaimer: The information you obtain from me at this forum is not, nor is it intended to be, legal advice. You should consult an attorney for individual advice regarding your own situation.

I don't see any harm or a lot of difficulty in sending it.Immihelp Support
