Another H1B transfer while one transfer is pending

Hi,

I had a H1B visa from company A . Recently, I joined company B and my H1B visa transfer is still in process. I do have the receipt for that. . My question is.

I got an offer from company C. Can my VISA be transferred to company C...
I have I-797 and 3 months old pay stub from company A.. But from company B I don't have anything except latest pay stub..

It is no problem. You can apply thru Company C.
You just need to prove that all through your stay in US, you are maintaining status.
As a proof, you need to show your latest pay stubs from Company C and Pending case number/Receipt number of your H1 transfer, your W2s and tax returns
