    I am currently on H-4 visa and my husband is on H-1b visa. I would like to invite my parents to USA. My father is a businessman and currently owning a business, and I have an unmarried sister too. Shall my husband sponsor them or ask I ask them to have his own sponsorship? Where are the better chances to get visa? Please advice.

    It is best if they show their own means to travel and pay for tickets/hotel, etc.

      It is better to put "self & son in law" while filling in DS-156.

      Your husband has to send a filled in and notorized I-134 for your parents.
