visitor visa for parents and brother

Hi there,

I wants to invite my parents and my 23 year old brother.What is the best option for the interview appointment? Should i choose same time for all of them or for brother should i choose a different time. I heard from some people that if brother's visa getting rejected(which happens in many cases), because of the brother's visa , paraents visa might get reject

Is that true? Brother has no interest in staying back in US since he has to finish his last 2 semester in IIIT.

(My father knows english well and mother knows a little) father has a internet cafe and we have enough property (a house and some some plots)

What would be the best option that will increase the chances of approval of visa for all of them?

There is no best option. Things can work out either way. Therefore, do whatever is convenient for them.
