2nd Attempt Interview Gap Period

After rejection should one wait for period say 2-3 months before re-trying.
I know there is no such restriction but to reduce the chances for rejection 2nd time.

How long should I wait, if at all

If your circumstances have changed or if you have a different set of convincing documents, you can reapply at any time.
