I know this has probably been asked many times but I would really appreciate some advice.
I have visited the USA many times over the last ten years (using the Visa Waiver) and would love to go on holiday there again next year, but earlier this I was arrested. I was charged with making false representation for using a voucher on more than one occassion (I photocopied the voucher and used it on different visits to obtain extra store points when buying a dvd - I don't know if it makes any difference but I recieved 300 points - Equalling £3 - when buying DVDs costing £12 or more). I was given a "simple" caution and that was it.
I have no other arrests, cautions or convictions. I was born and live in the UK.
What are my chances of getting a B1 tourist Visa?
