Proof of Property

This is regarding visit visa for my Dad. I want to prepare document for Proof of Property my Dad has.

What way is better:
- Getting it done by CA or
- Affidavit from Lawyer.

Can anyone give me the format of this document ?

Your father need to carry the original property documents when he attends visa interview.
A CA certificates will help in the valuation of the properties.
