My Dad would be appearing for 2nd time after rejection in Dec under 214(b).
This time he would be taking more documents to prove that we will return back. But what worries us that if the officer dont ask for any document to prove that applicant would return back, in that case what should my Dad do?
During first interview, we just saw the documents, where were submitted before interview (D156 & I134). And check my Dad passport and rejected without asking for any further document.
My questions is
1. Do they ask for proof during 2nd Attempt.
2. And if they dont ask that how to show them.
The situation is more complex since my Dad would be using translator, so it not only depends on VO but also on translator.
