  • From US to Canada

Hi and hope you guys had a happy new year. I am in the US since Sept 1st on a B1/B2 tourist visa and have Feb 29,2008 stamped on my I-94. I want to visit my sister in canada Feb 1st and hopefully stay with her for about four months and then go back to the philippines. I have both US/Canada tourist visas. Last september 15-22 I have already visited her but just for one week. will this cause any trouble at the point of entry in canada? Will they check my return flight to the philippines because I have not booked yet. Hoping for your reply . Thank you very much this site has been a LOT of help to me.

It is very subjective. It is difficult to predict whether there will be any problem or not.

And, anyway, you have posted a question in US visitor visa section while you are looking for help with respect to Canada.
