We have a long legal case dealing with land fraud in india. We have entrusted a family friend as a legal coordinator, and due to some recent discoveries, we will require him to come visit us in usa for family meeting regarding case and future plans.

We need to know:

how do we apply for visa for him and his wife to visit us and also be good hosts and show them around along with conducting legal meetings.
