Dear Sir/Madam,
The current I-134 form (Affidavit of Support) will expire by this
month end i.e., 04/30/2007. I have booked appointment for my parents on May-2nd week in India. That means, I have to send all my documents (Sponsor) to my parents atleast by April 3rd week. My question is, I can still use the same current form. Orelse, do I need to wait for May 1st to see whether NEW I-134 form availability!!!!
I request to give me an advice, Can I go ahead and send the notarized
form of I-134.
Any help in this matter, is highly appreciated.
